Each Exhibitor must register for the conference as an attendee in addition to the below applicable fee:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

NSEA hopes everyone who registers as an exhibitor for the conference will be able to attend; however, NSEA knows that plans can change.

The NSEA Cancellation and Refund Policy as follows:

The NSEA Conference Exhibitor Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual NSEA conference.                     

  • Conference Exhibitor registration canceled on-line on or before August 20, 2018 is refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee.
  • Registrants canceling after August 20, 2018 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Exhibitor fees may be transferred to another individual from the company/organization being represented; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's name / corporate membership.
  • In the event NSEA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, NSEA will refund the cost of registration minus $100 administrative fee. However NSEA does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents NSEA from continuing with a conference or training. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
