NSEA is a volunteer organization. Your participation is needed. Membership on a committee benefits your colleagues and students, as well as providing an opportunity for personal and professional development.

     Identify, solicit, and maintain relationships with outside agencies

Audio Visual Equipment
     Secure equipment, aid with setup, and troubleshoot during conference sessions

     Select charity, solicit and organize donations and event

     Solicit donations and distribute during conference
Evaluations
     Prepare, distribute, and tabulate evaluations
Exhibitors/Sponsors
     Identify and solicit potential exhibitors and conference sponsors
Hospitality
     Manage hospitality suite and arrangements
Local Arrangements
     Gather information on local attractions, events, transportation, etc, and assist with planning and reservations
Moderators
     Solicit volunteers to introduce speakers and collect evaluations
Program
     Solicit presenters and speakers for interest and general sessions
Promotion
     Design and distribute conference announcements
Registration
     Assist with registration at conference
