Conference Sponsor Information and Rates

The National Student Employment Association offers an excellent opportunity for vendors/exhibitors to outreach and network with conference attendees through information tables and exhibits. The range of exhibitors could include, non-profit organizations, consultants, and for-profit corporations. Items to be exhibited include, but are not limited to, software, audio-visual materials, educational and training materials, consulting services, and organizational information.

Vendor/exhibitor area schedule

Since NSEA is a highly interactive conference, vendors and exhibitors are encouraged to participate fully in the conference workshops, keynotes, etc. The vendor/exhibitor area is not highly trafficked during the conference workshops and keynotes. The vendor/exhibitor area is most active between workshop sessions, before and after meals, and during conference breaks.  This time frame is primarily between 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Sponsor Options

Basic Sponsor, $1000 - Includes:

  • One Complimentary 2023 conference registration
  • Vendor booth
  • Signage by the breakout rooms
  • Contact list of registered attendees

Standard Sponsor, $1,750 - Includes ALL of the above plus:

  • Cobranding on swag item
  • Opportunity to lead a 20-minute connections chat
  • Recognition and opportunity to speak for 15-minutes during a networking break

Professional Sponsor, $2,500 (Two Available) - Includes the following:

  • One Complimentary 2023 conference registration
  • Vendor booth
  • Signage by the breakout rooms
  • Contact list of registered attendees
  • Cobranding on a swag item
  • Recognition and opportunity to speak for 15 minutes during a meal
  • Signage at meal
  • Opportunity to present a 60-minute breakout session
  • Spotlight or Advertisement in NSEA newsletter from October 2023 – December 2023

Advanced Sponsor, $3,500 (Two Available) - Includes the following:

  • Two complimentary 2023 conference registrations
  • Vendor booth
  • Signage by breakout rooms
  • Contact list of registered attendees
  • Cobranding on a swag item
  • Recognition during Keynote or General Session
  • Signage at Keynote or General Session
  • Opportunity to present during 60-minute breakout and 20-minute connections chat
  • Spotlight or Advertisement in NSEA newsletter from September 2023 – February 2024

 Shipping/Receiving:

Special arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, goods, displays or other materials that will be sent, delivered, or brought to the hotel. Failure to do this may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable when required.  The hotel's receiving entrance is open from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday.  Any materials being sent to the hotel must be marked as follows:

*Packages should not arrive more than 3 days prior to date required. Shipment arriving more than 3 days prior may be refused or subject to an additional storage fee.

Handling fees of $7.50 per box and $100 per pallet apply for in bound handling. A drayage company must be contracted for exhibits or excessive show materials.*

 

Shipping/Outbound:

Hyatt Regency Savannah’s preferred shipping vendor is FedEx. Outbound shipping will be handled by the hotel’s shipping department and bell stand.

All materials must be sealed and properly labeled. The appropriate prepaid shipping forms must be completed and attached to each box and/or pallet. Any remaining unlabeled boxes are considered trash and will be disposed of.
