Conference Vendor/Exhibitor Information and Rates

The National Student Employment Association offers an excellent opportunity for vendors/exhibitors to outreach and network with conference attendees through information tables and exhibits. The range of exhibitors could include, non-profit organizations, consultants, and for-profit corporations. Items to be exhibited include, but are not limited to, software, audio-visual materials, educational and training materials, consulting services, and organizational information. 

Vendor/exhibitor area schedule

Since NSEA is a highly interactive conference, vendors and exhibitors are encouraged to participate fully in the conference workshops, keynotes, etc. The vendor/exhibitor area is not highly trafficked during the conference workshops and keynotes. The vendor/exhibitor area is most active between workshop sessions, before and after meals, and during conference breaks.  This time frame is primarily between 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.

  • One Complimentary 2022 conference registration
  • Vendor booth located in the Vendor Hall for Conference

Corporate Members receive a reduced price of $600

Premier Sponsor -  $1,600 - Includes ALL of the above plus:

  • Newsletter Ad Placement for 3 months (sent at least monthly to Membership)  
  • Business Solutions Session at Conference
  • Two complimentary 2022 conference registrations
  • Vendor Booth in a high traffic location
  • Premier Sponsor of Conference to appear on Conference Website

Corporate Members receive a reduced price of $1400

Drayage Charges:

Special arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, goods, displays or other materials that will be sent, delivered or brought to the hotel. Failure to do this may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable when required.  The hotel's receiving entrance is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.  Any materials being sent to the hotel must be marked as follows:

Hold for Arrival- Attn: Guest's name and organization

Number of Boxes (Example: Box 1 of 2 and Box 2 of 2).
